Get in Contact with Cartref Annwyl Fan Care Home
Volunteer Open Day – Monday 9th March, 3pm
Cartref Annywl Fan is a specially designed care home in Ammanford providing high quality nursing, residential and dementia care. Our purpose-built home is designed across one level, meaning there are no stairs or lifts to navigate and many of our bedrooms have direct access to our cosy courtyard gardens.
We benefit from award-winning team members (Welsh Care Awards) who support our residents to live an active and independent life. Whether that’s pottering in the garden or making a cuppa in our popular café ‘The Coffee Cup’. Our residents particularly enjoy the exercise classes led by Age Cymru.
Outside, we have award-winning gardens (Betws in Bloom) which are easily accessible and have plenty of comfortable seating.
Our nursing team provides dedicated support for residents with both simple and complex needs, with 24 hour nurse leadership. We carefully assess the nursing needs of our residents and tailor a care plan to their unique needs, using our unique relationship-centred-care philosophy, putting the individual first.
Meanwhile, the dementia care team at Cartref Annwyl Fan aims to maintain a quality of life for each resident based on their own life choices and personality, recognising each person’s uniqueness.
Give us a call to arrange your visit and see for yourself why Cartref Annywl Fan is such a popular local care home.
