Get in Contact with Maycroft Manor Care Home
Maycroft Manor is Brighton’s award-winning new care home. Our home, opened late last year, was highly anticipated locally and described as “the cutting edge of what a care home should be” by National Care Home Open Day ambassador, Gloria Hunniford.
Our much-talked-about home has been designed around our relationship-centred care and dementia care models, which concentrate on empowering and enabling residents to live an active and fulfilled life. We provide quality nursing, residential and dementia care. Our dementia community features its own hair salon, café and laundry room – designed to encourage residents to continue with vital everyday routines. Memory-prompting design features are arranged throughout, while bespoke bedroom furniture has been designed especially for residents living with dementia.
When you visit Maycroft Manor you’ll notice various local and historic reference points, such as the ‘London to Brighton’ themed Genevieve’s Café on the ground floor. Outside, the home is surrounded glorious landscaped gardens. Outside space is available to residents living on all floors via numerous terraces and a spacious rooftop garden complete with raised planters and greenhouse.
Our residents are supported to live an active and fulfilled life. So as part of our community, they’ll be able to cook, help out in the garden and carry on with the kind of everyday routines which make their live theirs. Our Lifestyle and Activities team organise a packed calendar of events in the home and outings to local places of interest in the Maycroft Manor minibus.
