Meet the team
Debbie McDonald - General Manager
I have been a nurse for over 25 years, and spent the last 15 working within nursing and care homes. I have managed several care homes and am excited to be part of the Maycroft Team. I live in Eastbourne with my husband, 3 teenage children, 2 cats and a crazy dog. I love my job and all my spare time is spent with my family and pets. I have climbed Scafell and Snowdon and I’m planning to climb Ben Nevis in May with my family.
Lisa Harvey-Vile - Customer Relationship Manager
As a Customer Relationship Manager I look after people from enquiry to move in, making sure they are aware of all the options available to them and pointing them in the direction of Independent Financial Advisors and Solicitors that can help to advise them. I take a great deal of satisfaction from helping people in a very difficult situation and introducing them to a place where their loved ones can be happy. My background is within the health and fitness industry, I have a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Development and I used to play in goal for Sunderland Ladies Football Club. I love spending time with my partner and my dog Saffy at the beach and for my sins I am a massive Tottenham fan.
Ian Cole - Hospitality Services Manager
I have worked in care sector for eight years now in many different roles. My background in care is Facilities Management and I have previously run a care home, sheltered housing and day centre on the south coast that was situated within a three acre site.
I live in Bexhill-on-Sea with my partner and her children and extended family including Sophie the dog . My passion when not at work is golf and at my best I represented England. I am also an old biker at heart and look forward to buying my new Harley Davidson soon!
