Hallmark Care Homes is excited about bringing its innovative development experience to the south of England.

We are expanding our portfolio of care homes, and our new-build programme is on target with the completion of Anisha Grange in Billericay in September 2011.

Anisha Grange (above) is now open to take residents, and work has started at Admiral Court, Leigh-on-Sea (below), which will be complete late spring 2012. We also have new homes planned for Ipswich, Brighton and Upminster.

We believe our new-build homes are unrivalled in architecture and the quality of their finish; Alexandra Grange won the prestigious Pinders Design Awards for Elderly Care - Traditional Design in 2011.

We require sites on which to build our high-profile care homes within the south of England. We are readily able to acquire sites and work harmoniously with landowners, agents and in conjunction with planning consents to achieve the best possible outcome. We are looking for sites between one and three acres in size in urban locations.
