Hallmark Care Homes were recently honoured with a prestigious Pinders Design Award – for the second year running.
Anisha Grange care home in Billericay, Essex, won the award for best new build in the ‘Care home for the elderly’ class. Hallmark Care Homes were also winners of the same competitive category last year, when Alexandra Grange care home in Wokingham picked up the same esteemed accolade.
The awards at the glittering ceremony, held at Lord’s cricket ground, were presented by Sir David Frost, who has a particular interest in care for older people, being a patron of the Alzheimer's Research Trust.
Hallmark Care Homes MD Avnish Goyal said, “We are absolutely delighted to win this award. The team enjoys expanding our design initiatives and pushing boundaries in what we can achieve with each new home. A huge amount of energy goes into planning our homes and getting the design just right to enable our residents to live active, fulfilled lives.”
Anisha Grange was also named ‘The UKs Best New Care Home’ at the over 50s Housing Awards and reached the finals of the recent Laing & Buisson Independent Specialist Care Awards.
