Hallmark Care Homes is excited about bringing its innovative development experience to the south of England.

2012 will see the opening of Admiral Court care home in Leigh-on-Sea, and Bucklesham Grange care home in Ipswich. Work will also begin on sites in Brighton, Lightwater, and Upminster.

We believe our new-build homes are unrivalled in architecture and the quality of their finish; Alexandra Grange won the prestigious Pinders Design Awards for Elderly Care in 2011, and Anisha Grange care home in Billericay followed suit, scooping the award in 2012.

We require sites on which to build our high-profile care homes within the south of England. We are readily able to acquire sites and work harmoniously with landowners, agents and in conjunction with planning consents to achieve the best possible outcome. We are looking for sites between one and three acres in size in urban locations.
