Team Recognition Day at Hallmark Care Homes

 As the name suggests, ‘Team Recognition Day’ is a designated day where we take the time to celebrate and recognise our fantastic team at Hallmark Care Homes.

From fancy dress to formal events; each of our homes celebrates in their own unique way. The team at Cartref Annwyl Fan are holding a party at the local Ammanford Rugby Club, while you’ll catch team Kew House at the pub for a traditional quiz night. There are handmade gifts for the team at newly opened Anya Court in Rugby, and a take-away and party in store for team members at Greenhill Manor in Merthyr Tydfil.

We believe we’ve got the best team in the business and Team Recognition is all about celebrating all the outstanding work that goes on in our homes every day. “We don’t have staff at Hallmark Care Homes; we have a team” explains our Managing Director Avnish Goyal. “Although we regularly celebrate individual and group successes throughout the year, Team Recognition is important because ensures everyone single member of the Hallmark family is recognised and applauded”.
