Anya Court sponsors Rugby Cricket Club

Anya Court, our residential, dementia and nursing care home in Rugby have sponsored their local cricket club £800 .

Rugby Cricket Club, established in 1844 have a great and successful history with an iconic 110-year-old pavilion.

During it’s time, the club have played hosts to such legends as the Grand Old Man of English cricket, Sir Pelham Warner, author Arthur Conan Doyle and West Indies legend, Alvin Kallicharan.

Rugby Cricket Club have 3 Saturday teams along with a T20 side and a thriving junior section who have all achieved promotions in the recent years.

The sponsorship will be used to further develop the team and repair the club’s beautiful, yet old pavilion.

Head of Youth Development at Rugby Cricket Club, Charlie Robards said “We are delighted with the signing of our new sponsor Anya Court, which represents a great opportunity to further develop our links with the community and indeed extend into new areas.
