Hallmark acquires Ty Porth Care Home
Hallmark Care Homes is pleased to announce that we have acquired Ty Porth, a residential, nursing and dementia care home in Rhondda Cynon Taf, South Wales.
Ty Porth Care Home on Cemetery Road, becomes the 17th member to join the Hallmark family of homes and will represent a proud addition to our organisation that currently provides industry-leading care to over 1000 people in England and South Wales.
