Anya court residents visit local Butterfly Farm

Residents at Anya Court, our vibrant care home in Rugby, recently took a trip to Stratford-upon-Avon Butterfly Farm to learn more about the wonderful creatures.

The exotic landscape is home to over 250 different species of tropical butterfly from 20 different countries and is the largest of its kind in the UK.

During their trip, the residents enjoyed a delicious picnic which was prepared by the homes’ experienced kitchen team.

Customer Relationship Manager at Anya Court Care Home, Karen Handley said: “Going to the Butterfly Farm is one of our most popular trips. The residents at Anya Court loved the whole experience.”

Resident Amy Cooke, 89 said: “We had a delightful day with the butterflies. The sun was shining and we had a delicious picnic that the kitchen had prepared.”
