Hallmark Care Homes scoops title at National Care Awards
We are delighted to announce that one of our team members has scooped a prestigious national care award!
Our Regional Manager for Wales, Debbie South, was awarded the celebrated ‘Care Operations Manager’ title at the ceremony on Friday.
The National Care Awards, which celebrated their 20th year last week, were first established by leading care publication, Caring Times, in 1998.
The esteemed awards seek to acknowledge and celebrate the very best people in the long-term care sector and recognise those who execute excellence in their role.
Debbie was presented her award at a glittering ceremony hosted by Comedian and Impressionist, Jon Culshaw at the Hilton London Metropole Hotel.
Debbie said: “I am absolutely over the moon to have been awarded the Care Operations Manager of the Year for 2018!
“I was delighted to have been nominated by my colleagues and I feel very honored to accept such a prestigious award.”
She added, “Hallmark Care Homes is dedicated to improving and sustaining high-quality, relationship-centered care for all residents and I am so proud to be a part of that vision.
“I would like to thank my colleagues, Manager and the Executive Leadership Team for all the support I have received.”
Debbie’s’ win follows on from her success at our company’s awards ceremony back in September, where she was presented with the ‘Charter Award’ for going above and beyond in her role.
