Chamberlain Court to host a Dementia Friends session – Friday 29th March

Chamberlain Court, our care home in Royal Tunbridge Wells is hosting a Dementia Friends session at the home to encourage visitors to learn more about the condition and to help raise awareness.

The session will be taking place on Friday 29th March at 12:15pm at our residential, nursing and dementia home on 77 Mount Ephraim.

The informal and interactive session will be run by the homes Dementia Champion, Vicki Pickering, who is also the Customer Relationship Manager at Chamberlain Court.

The short session which will last approximately one hour, will explore what its like to live with dementia, how you can make someone who lives with dementia live a fulfilled life and the small things you can do to make a difference.

Visitors who complete the session will receive a Dementia Friends badge and some takeaway material from The Alzheimer’s Society.
