Anya Court scoops customer service award

Our care home in Rugby has scooped a prestigious customer service award.

Our residential, dementia and nursing care home on Dunchurch Road won the ‘Customer Care’ title at the esteemed Pride of Rugby Awards.

The awards held recently at Coombe Abbey Hotel and organised by radio station, Rugby FM seek to celebrate the best businesses, individuals and organisations in the borough.

Lifestyle’s Leader at Anya Court Care Home, Sue Mitchell said: “We were delighted to accept this award on behalf of all the team at Anya Court who work extremely hard to deliver the relationship centred care we promise every one of our residents. The one thing we pride ourselves on the most is the quality of the care we offer and it is fantastic to be recognised for this at these awards.”

A panel of judges reviewed Anya Court’s entry along with two of its competitors before coming to their decision.

Entrants were judged on their evidence of success and commitment to supporting Rugby.
