Anya Court to launch Teapot Tuesday’s – Tuesday 17th September
Anya Court, our care home in Rugby will launch a weekly Teapot Tuesday’s event at the home on Tuesday 17th September.
Every Tuesday from 3pm, relatives and members of the local community are invited to come into the home to enjoy tea, cake and an old-fashioned chat with our home’s residents and care team.
The fun-filled event has been inspired by our home’s General Manager Julie Weaver who has a love of Emma Bridgewater Pottery and whose collection includes over 300 mugs along with gallon teapots.
At our residential, nursing and dementia home’s first launch event Julie will be bringing in some her favourite pieces from her vast collection for everyone to look at, but not touch!
General Manager Julie Weaver said: “Teapot Tuesday’s is open to anyone in Rugby who loves a good cup of tea and a chat and would like to simply just pop in and join us to take time out from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives. We are looking forward to welcoming faces old and new at the event.”
Teapot Tuesday’s will take place weekly at Anya Court on Dunchurch Road, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV22 6JA from Tuesday 17th September at 3pm.
