Arlington Manor to host Falls Prevention Seminar

Arlington Manor, our care home in Girton will host a Falls Prevention Seminar on Monday 23rd September from 10:00am-12:30pm.

In honour of Falls Prevention Awareness Day, Ryan Chillingworth, from Everyone Health, will be talking about how you can prevent falls at home and how their service can support you or your loved one following a fall.

There will also be a chance to get involved in a short taster of our home’s chair-based exercise session.
