Lakeview Care Home celebrates 5th Birthday

Lakeview, our care home in Lightwater, Surrey, recently celebrated five years since it first opened its doors, with a party for residents, relatives and members of the local community.

The home celebrated the milestone event on Saturday with a Great Gatsby party with themed entertainment, a photobooth and a celebration cake.

During the evening, visitors were treated to a delicious selection of homemade canapes, as well as a performance from singer Tracy Webb, who wowed with a variety of songs and dances.

In attendance to the special event was Mayor of Surrey Heath, Councillor Robin Perry, partner Jill Boxall and Councillor Yarmilla Halovsky-Yu of the Windlesham Parish Council.

In recognition of the five year anniversary, residents and team members were presented with a personalised gift as a thank you for their hard work and commitment to the company.

Lifestyles Team Leader at Lakeview Care Home, Jean Griffiths said: “It was a fantastic occasion to celebrate Lakeview’s fifth birthday with the residents, relatives, team members and local community.

“We had a great afternoon filled with fun, laughter and brilliant entertainment.”
