Hallmark Care Homes partners with the National Care Force

We are delighted to announce that we have recently partnered with the National Care Force, a not-for-profit organisation, which aims to pair care providers and social care services with keen volunteers.

The National Care Force is a nationwide network of care providers, healthcare workers and volunteers, ready to support social care services in looking after the most vulnerable members of society

The service was founded as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic as a branch of Florence, a staffing platform for social care.

Head of Relationship-Centred Care at Hallmark Care Homes, April Dobson said: “We know that volunteers make such a positive contribution to our homes, and have a real impact on enhancing quality of life for residents – Often they can add the sparkle that’s so important.

“We’re keen to welcome volunteers from all walks of life and signing up to the National Care Force will help us to extend that invitation more widely.”

Founder of the National Care Force, Dan Blake said: “We’re extremely happy to be working with Hallmark Care Homes in the effort to connect volunteers with opportunities to help in social care.

“A huge thanks to Hallmark for joining, and for providing this extra avenue of support to service-users in need. Please join them and sign up as a volunteer today to lend your time – together, we’ll make a difference.”
