Hallmark Care Homes launches Santhem Residences

We are delighted to announce that we have taken the bold step to enter the assisted living market.

Having been at the forefront of care and design in the care sector, winning over 100 awards in the last 23 years, we have now created a new retirement living brand called Santhem Residences.

Our first project is Santhem Residences Shenfield, a luxury retirement living village on Rayleigh Close in Shenfield, Essex with 55, one- and two-bedroom apartments shortly to be released for sale, the apartments are scheduled to open in spring 2021.

Facilities at our exciting project will include; a restaurant and bar with a highly trained chef, a state-of-the-art cinema, a warm and inviting café, gym with a range of classes tailored to over 65’s and a beauty salon. Residents will also benefit from beautiful landscaped gardens and private outdoor space in the form of patios, balconies and roof terraces.

Our Essex-based company will be overseen by Avnish Goyal as CEO, running alongside his role as CEO of Savista Developments and Chair of Hallmark Care Homes.

Santhem Residences will work closely with our sister company, Savista Developments to source land, obtain planning permission and build and fit out Santhem’s next generation of assisted living projects into the next decade.
