“Being nominated gives me reassurance and a motivational boost that what I’m doing at Admiral Court Care Home is working.
“I strongly believe that as a Nurse, once you start thinking out of the box, you can bring such a massive difference to someone’s life. Nursing is about touching people’s lives in different ways and I feel I am doing this very well and will continue to do so.
“A nomination is a great accolade in itself, but I think winning would fill me with an overwhelmingly warm feeling that what I do is appreciated.
“This prestigious title would be an epic encouragement, and would top up my levels of drive, energy and purpose to take my performance to the next level!”
Hostess at Anisha Grange Care Home, Sandra said “It took quite a while for the enormity of the nomination of ‘Care Champion’ to sink in. it has totally overwhelmed me. It really is the most heart lifting feeling to have so much love and appreciation from residents, their families and team at Anisha Grange for doing a job that gives me the utmost pleasure.
“I’m so proud to be part of such a great team at Anisha.”
