Outstanding team members recognised at Hallmark Hero Awards

We are delighted to announce the winners of our Hallmark Heroes Awards ceremony which was live streamed yesterday to our 2,150 team members.

Each of our 59 finalists were shortlisted as they represent one of our core company values, Growth, Openness, Togetherness, Individuality and Quality.

Our finalists were nominated by their colleagues, residents and relatives. Each of our homes hosted a ceremony where the winners were entered into the national finals.

Three recognition days were then held around the UK for the finalists – One in Essex, one in Surrey and one in Cardiff, where the finalists had the opportunity to talk to Chief Executive, Avnish Goyal and Group Operations Director, Aneurin Brown, about their experiences during their careers with Hallmark.

Yesterday, one winner was announced for each of our core values. We also gave out a special award called Jim Saunders, which recognised an outstanding team member who lives and breathes our company Vision, Values and Charter.
