Martin Murphy promoted to Operations Director

We are delighted to announce that we have promoted Martin Murphy to the role of Operations Director.

Martin joined our family-run business in November 2020 as Regional Operations Manager, following a lengthy career in the healthcare industry. He has previously held roles in the NHS Trust and at numerous care providers including Four Seasons Health Care.

He will now oversee the operational direction of our entire portfolio. In addition, he will drive consistency across our homes, which currently provide residential, nursing and dementia care to over 1,100 residents across 19 locations in England and South Wales.

Martin Murphy said: “I am so pleased to have been promoted to Operations Director at Hallmark Care Homes. We have a fantastic team who go above and beyond to support the residents and provide high-quality, relationship-centred care every day.
