Hallmark to take part in Care Home Open Week
Care Home Open Week is a national event hosted by Championing Social Care and this year runs from 27th June to 3rd July.
Its purpose is to connect care homes with their local communities, challenge misconceptions about care and remind everyone that the unique individuals who live in care homes are supported by dedicated and professional caring teams.

Alexandra Grange Care Home, Wokingham, Reading
On Tuesday 28th June from 2:00pm to 6:30pm, visitors can enjoy delicious homemade food by our Chef, get involved with resident activities and helpful talks on care. Meet the General Manager and get to know the team who will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
On Saturday 2nd July, from 10:00am to 4:00pm, enjoy more freshly prepared food by our Chef, get involved with resident activities and attend informative and helpful talks on care.

Anisha Grange Care Home, Billericay, Essex
On Thursday 30th June from 10:00am to 4:00pm, visitors will have the opportunity to join us for coffee and pastries in our Café, take part in a Q&A session with Nicholls Law, get expert advice on paying for care, wills and Power of Attorney and enjoy an afternoon of entertainment
