Angmering Grange to host weekly community cuppa events

Our new, state-of-the-art care home in Angmering is hosting weekly community cuppa events for members of the local community in association with Angmering Parish Council, St Margaret’s Church and Angmering Community Centre.

Every Tuesday from 1:30pm at Angmering Community Centre, every Wednesday from 10:30am at St Margaret’s Church and every Thursday from 10am at Angmering Grange Care Home, members of the local community are invited to step into the warm, make new friends or meet old ones, and socialise over a complimentary cuppa and a slice of cake.

Visitors will also be encouraged to make use of the board games, puzzles and newspapers which will be made available.

The purpose of the event is to bring the local community together and support those who may be feeling isolated.

Customer Relationship Manager at Angmering Grange Care Home, Kate Fitches said: “We are delighted to be launching these community cuppa events.

“With support from Angmering Parish Council, St Margaret’s Church and Angmering Community Centre we are hoping to create a community hub where members of the local community can come along and enjoy the company of others in warm and comfortable surroundings.”

The community cuppa events will take place on the following days and locations.

Day: Every Tuesday

Time: 1:30pm – 3:30pm

Location: Angmering Community Centre, Foxwood Ave, Angmering, BN16 4FU

Day: Every Wednesday

Time:10:30am-12:30pm

Location: St Margaret’s Church, Arundel Road, Angmering, BN16 4JS

Day: Every Thursday

Time: 10am-12pm

Location: Angmering Grange Care Home, Roundstone Lane, Angmering, BN16 4AL
