Ty Porth Care Home celebrates five years!

Our care home in Porth, celebrated five years since it was acquired by Hallmark Care Homes recently with a special event for residents, relatives, and members of the local community.

Ty Porth Care Home, which was acquired by us in 2017 recognised individuals who have contributed to its success at the event with champagne, a harpist and a pottery class.

As part of the milestone event, long serving residents and team were recognised with a small gift of appreciation.

General Manager of Ty Porth Care Home Anjana Palle said: “We had a great day celebrating our 5th anniversary and the residents had a fabulous time. All of the Ty Porth family are strongly committed to the home and foster an atmosphere of care and support that enables the residents to fulfil interesting and active lives and I am delighted to be part of such a wonderful team. We look forward to marking our next milestone!”
