Alexandra Grange to host Memory Café – Wednesday 17th May

Alexandra Grange, our care home in Wokingham, Berkshire, will host a Memory Café at the home to encourage those living with memory issues and dementia and their carers to get together and support each other, as well as take part in interactive activities.

The dementia café will be on Wednesday 17th May from 2:30pm-4:00pm and will be hosted by Dementia Care Manager, Kelly.

Come along to enjoy a chat, a slice of cake and a Hot beverage.
