Ty Porth Care Home to host Open Day – 21st September

Ty Porth, our care home in Porth, Rhondda Cynon Taf, will be hosting an Open Day on Thursday 21st September from 4pm-7pm.

Residents at Ty Porth Care Home are supported to live an active and fulfilled life. Our relationship-centred care enables residents to continue to do the things they’ve always loved, as well as try new things. As part of our community, residents will be able to cook/bake, garden and carry on with the kind of everyday routines which makes their lives, theirs.
