Talk to us today about respite care
Anya Court is our beautifully designed, award-winning home, based on Dunchurch Road, Rugby, providing residential care, nursing care, and dementia care. From the sights and sounds of the cinema, through to the smell of fresh coffee and homemade biscuits in the ‘Juke Box Café’ or simply chatting with friends in the landscaped gardens, it’s all about living life to the full within our community of care.
Winner of the Pinders Healthcare Design Award for ‘Best Care Home’ in 2015, Anya Court Care Home provides a warm and luxurious setting that encourages and enables residents to thrive, in happy, safe and comfortable surroundings.
At our care homes in Warwickshire and Rugby, our residents are supported to live an active and fulfilled life. Our relationship-centred care enables residents to keep on doing the things they’ve always loved – the things they perhaps thought they could no longer enjoy. So as part of our community, they’ll be able to cook, help out in the garden and carry on with the kind of everyday routines which make their lives theirs.
Our facilities allow residents to carry on enjoying the everyday routines they cherish, including picking up the morning paper at the home’s colourful ‘Corner Shop’, having their weekly hair and nail appointment at the luxurious salon, or catching up with friends in the vibrant cafe. Those residents that wish to do their own laundry can also use the resident’s laundry room, which is designed to encourage active and independent living. Our dining rooms also have open kitchen areas to enable residents to help with the preparation of meals if they wish to.
Our dementia community is designed specifically to enhance the quality of life of our residents, offering stability, reassurance and familiarity. Features include its own vibrant ‘Tea for Two Café’ with a traditional, interactive kitchen area and a large terrace overlooking the gardens, a hair salon, laundry room, community room and ‘Emporium’ shop; all of which provide vital destination points for residents living with dementia.
If you’re looking for care homes in Warwickshire and Rugby, we believe Anya Court is the perect choice for you. Our dedicated team works closely with residents to empower them to take part in engaging activities that are tailored to their needs and based on lifestyle preferences. These take place both within the care homes in Warwickshire and the surrounding areas, and include a spot of gardening, fun fundraising days for local charities and excursions to the theatre, local exhibitions and community events.
Our philosophy of relationship-centred care means we train our team with additional communication and observational skills to support the people we care for. As a result, Anya Court care home is one of the leading care homes in Rugby for those who are living with dementia. We have even received some awards for our care home, including Best Care Home at the 2015 Pinders Healthcare Design Award and a Rugby Business Excellence Award.
