Hallmark Care Homes is coming to Hutton, bringing the most state of the art care home to the area, focused on delivering relationship-centred care for residents.

We are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner on a twelve-month fixed term contract to be responsible for recruitment and resourcing activity within the home and to recruit high calibre team members ahead of our home opening in 2020.

About the role

  • Delivering a professional, consistent and pro-active service to deliver on our recruitment plans
  • You will lead and administer all resourcing for Hutton View
  • Recruiting on values and culture
  • Full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, candidate management, offer process, references
  • Produce and analyse recruitment data
  • You will build strong partnerships in the local community and build our employer brand

About you

  • Experience in sourcing candidates in high volume through a variety of online and offline channels
  • Ability to deliver a high-quality candidate experience
  • Track record of dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Producing and analysing recruitment data
