Are you a talented learning and development professional?

We are looking for a dynamic and strong Head of Learning and Development to lead every aspect of Learning and Development across all of our beautiful care homes. Working with our friendly People and Performance team, you will design and implement an exciting learning and development strategy; implement, design and deliver a range of learning and development solutions and facilitate and coach team members to ensure they reach their full potential.  You will provide support to managers to help with talent mapping and performance management.  You will also help design and deliver our induction programme for new team members.

The perfect candidate will be innovative and creative in their approach, will think laterally and will tackle learning interventions and people and performance issues in pragmatic but exciting ways.

If you…

  • have a Certificate in Education or equivalent;
  • are educated to a degree level in a relevant discipline (Desirable)
  • are an assessor coach or mentor;
  • are able to strike a balance between strategic and tactical delivery
