Dementia Care Co-ordinator

Do you want to be at the forefront of driving excellence in dementia care?

We’re on a mission to make sure that everyone living with dementia in a Hallmark Care Home can live their best life.  We’re looking for an outstanding candidate to lead our purpose-built dementia community at Lakeview in Lightwater which has been awarded Hallmark’s ORCHID award (Outstanding Relationship-Centred Care Home in Dementia).

Caring with people living with dementia is exciting and challenging.  Hallmark’s ethos of relationship centred care is based on a commitment to supporting the person with dementia, and their family, to continue living in a way that is really meaningful to them.  Our dementia community at Lakeview is designed to support this with a fantastic terraced outdoor space, enabling a breath of fresh air, whatever the weather.

To be successful in this role, alongside the experience and qualities associated with being an excellent team leader, you will need to demonstrate an understanding of the unique needs of those living with dementia, be confident in your ability to formulate plans to support each individual, and have the passion and ability to coach others to do the same.

In return, we’ll provide you with;

  • A priceless feeling of making a real difference to our residents’ lives every single day
  • Support and coaching from regional dementia specialists
  • A comprehensive dementia strategy
  • Industry leading training and development coupled with excellent career progression
  • Excellent benefits, including pension, life assurance, and optional health care
  • Work life balance

If you think you have these skills, we want to hear from you.  Please APPLY NOW and a member of our dedicated recruitment team will be in touch shortly
