Purpose of the role:

To Deliver a first-class end to end resourcing service for all permanent, FTC, and hard to fill positions, including advertising, shortlisting, screening, offers, processing and on-boarding. This is a 12-month fixed term contract. 

Key responsibilities:

Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives

Provide advice to hiring managers regarding advertising methods; coordinating advertising campaigns and writing adverts where necessary.

Proactively source candidates by using databases and social media.

Conduct relevant on-boarding process and checks.

Keep our ATS up to date.

Oversee the offer and onboarding processes.

Recruitment Administration and Compliance:

Administer all relevant recruitment paperwork and communications, including interview invites and rejections, offer letters and contracts.

Ensure recruitment trackers and database systems are kept up to date.

Ensure recruitment is carried out in accordance with company policies and best practice across the organisation and specifically within relevant business areas.

Ensure pre-employment screening is carried out in accordance with company policies and CQC requirements.

Administer timely responses to all recruitment related enquiries.
