Job Title:   Project Consultant – Innovation, Design and Technology
Job Overview:
Hallmark is a well-established visionary private business accredited with numerous national awards for innovation, design and technology of purpose-built individual luxury Residential and Nursing homes. To maintain and improve our commitment to deliver a person-centred approach to deliver excellent care, we are seeking a Project Consultant to lead on the importance of creating innovative building (external and internal) architectural design from feasibility study to completion for our new commissioning homes and retirement villages scheduled to open during the next 5 years.
Experience and Knowledge:
The Project Consultant will have extensive project management experience in new luxury build specifications to include interior design within the private sector, ideally exposure to Care Homes and understanding of Dementia or 5* plus luxury brand hotels.
Your expertise will manage multiple projects from competitor analysis, market research on latest technology developments, attending trade shows and seminars, stakeholder engagement, analysis and creating ideas from feasibility study through to scheme approval, provide costings and producing / presenting a business case to the CEO.
The Project Consultant will be proficient in IT technology to include Microsoft package, AutoCAD or similar and able to interpret and understand architectural technical drawings.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and strong influencing skills to work with specialist cohesive teams of internal and external key stakeholders
