The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for sales activity, working with the management team to ensure occupancy and average weekly fee rates are met in line with budget expectations. The Customer Relationship Manager will lead on local networking activity to develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources.
Your friendly amiable approach will support, empower and coach the team to deliver a positive customer experience and to
lead on sales training to ensure that all team members have correct skills to understand the Hallmark sales process and to build positive relationships with regular communication with residents, relatives and external stakeholders. Your prowess will aim to meet revenue targets as set out in the budget with a strong focus on the private fee-paying marketplace. All sales enquiries are tracked and monitored through initial enquiry to the final decision and recorded on our lead management CRM system (Caresys).
The Customer Relationships Manager will work closely with the General Manager to review sales and marketing activity against agreed KPI’s and ensure all reporting internally and externally is completed accurately and on time. You will support the resident Move in Process, ensuring that the experience is positive and all required moving-in documentation and finances are completed prior to admission. Your marketing expertise will be instrumental in the development of the homes sales and marketing plan which will include organising a networking programme to drive lead generation, PR opportunities and hosting events with the objective to convert sales opportunities
Qualifications: Degree level education (desirable)
• An evident career pathway in Sales and Marketing
• Proven track record in a business to customer(B2C) sales environment with a consultative empathy approach
• Ideally sales experience in the Healthcare / Leisure / Financial services sector or similar
Skills and Knowledge
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of care homes (Desirable)
• Microsoft Office applications – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Explorer (plus other sales/marketing IT tools)Apply now
