“I started at Hallmark as a care assistant and I did my adaptation course with Hallmark and joined the nursing team as a dementia nurse. It’s a challenging job. In Hallmark we have a unit manager and a team of nurses and care assistants. Hallmark is based on person centred care, here we give preferences to personal needs. I have heard of other care homes but Hallmark is different, giving priority to person centred care, making them feel worthy. Hallmark support people really well, I always recommend Hallmark to my friends.”Arya, Dementia Nurse, Ty Enfys Care Home
