To help meet the increasing demand for specialist care accommodation for the growing ageing population we are always looking for the next exciting development opportunity that will meet our requirements for the next Hallmark Care Home. We do this by finding land for our homes, designing the care home, obtaining planning permission and then building the homes ourselves.

In all our homes there are strong links with the local community in an abundance of ways and we are keen to interact and support community groups, charities, clubs and local businesses.

Knowledge of the complications and pitfalls that are inherent with the process of gaining planning permission and we pride ourselves on how successful we are at completing this stage of the process smoothly and in good time.
Experienced at working with land owners who have land to sell.
From outlining the process to securing planning permission. We work closely with land owners to ensure that they are well informed and supported every step of the way. Additionally, we work closely with the land agents, often as partner of choice due to the reputation of being easy to work with and our success record for obtaining planning permissions.
We are currently looking for prominent, main roadside with frontage development sites of a minimum 1.5 acre plus in affluent locations where there is a population of circa 30,000 people within a 3 mile catchment of the site to develop the next award winning Hallmark care home.
We are happy to pay introductory fees, which are negotiable on a case by case basis.
We will consider unconditional, subject to planning, option, promotion, turn-key and joint ventures proposals.
