We at Hallmark Care Homes are thrilled to have been awarded our second Princess Royal Training Award from HRH The Princess Royal and City and Guilds. We have been recognised for our Talent Development Programme, which empowers our team members to grow, thrive, and achieve their potential right here at Hallmark

HRH The Princess Royal, President of the City and Guilds of London Institute, has approved 52 Awards to a range of organisations across the UK and Ireland, for their outstanding training and skills development programmes, all of which have shown a significant positive impact on their organisation and people.

Now in its ninth year, The Princess Royal Training Awards continue to honour organisations showing exceptional commitment to learning and development.

Talent Development Manager, AnnMarie Duggan said: “We are thrilled that our Talent Development Programme has been recognised to be outstanding with the receipt of a Princess Royal Training Award.

“We listened with such pride as all 52 organisations, large and small and across all sectors were called up one by one to receive our awards from HRH The Princess Royal. Hallmark Luxury Care Homes were being recognised alongside so many other Learning and Development experts was such an honour.

Kirstie Donnelly MBE, Chief Executive of City & Guilds said: “The Princess Royal Training Awards continue to recognise the strengths of skills training and the value these skills are providing for employers in the UK and Ireland. We are delighted to see so many demonstrate innovation and commitment to developing, and investing into, their workforce.

“With revalidation figures ever growing and previously awarded organisations achieving the Award standard for new programmes, the Princess Royal Training Awards are fast becoming the gold standard for learning and development. To have 52 recipients awarded this year, with many of those being new applicants is truly impressive. And as we enter our 10th year of the Awards, we look forward to continuing to celebrate and recognise even more organisations who believe in, and deliver, excellent training programmes.”
