Admiral Court to hold two Dementia Friends’ sessions

Admiral Court, our care home in Leigh on Sea, is holding two Dementia Friends’ sessions at the home to encourage visitors to learn more about the condition and help raise awareness.

The events will be taking place on Wednesday 15th and Tuesday 18th February at 12:30pm.

The informal and interactive sessions will be run by the homes Dementia Champion and Customer Relationship Manager, Kelly.

The short sessions will explore what it’s like to live with dementia, how you can help those living with dementia to live a fulfilled life and the small things you can do to make a difference.

Visitors who complete the sessions will receive a Dementia Friends’ badge and some takeaway material from The Alzheimer’s Society.
