Admiral Court to hold two Dementia Friends sessions

Admiral Court, our care home in Leigh-on-Sea, is holding two Dementia Friends’ sessions at the home to encourage visitors to learn about the condition and raise awareness.

The events will be taking place on Wednesday 15th March at 12:30pm and Wednesday 29th March at 12:30pm.

The informal and interactive sessions will be run by the homes Dementia Champion and Customer Relationship Manager, Kelly.

The short sessions will explore what it’s like to live with dementia, how you can make someone who lives with dementia, live a fulfilled life and the small things you can do to make a difference.

Visitors who complete the sessions will receive a Dementia Friends’ badge and some takeaway material from The Alzheimer’s Society.
