Hallmark Care Homes named top 20 care group
Hallmark Care Homes has been named a top 20 mid-size care home group for the third year running by independent care website carehome.co.uk.
Our two homes in Cardiff, Ty Enfys and Shire Hall have also been named in the top 20 care homes in Wales for the fourth year running.
Hallmark Care Homes won the top 20 mid-size care home group title out of 192 UK care providers.
Meanwhile, Shire Hall and Ty Enfys Care Home won the top 20 award out of 1,064 homes in Wales.
Our residential, nursing and dementia care homes, which have an overall 9.5 group recommendation rating, were recognised by the leading review website for care homes, for the number and quality of recommendations they received from residents and relatives in the last year.
In order to review the home, visitors fill out a recommendation card, scoring the home on a range of areas from care to facilities and food and drink.
