Hallmark receives high praise in national survey
Hallmark care homes Kew House, Bucklesham Grange, Ty Enfys, Regency House, Chamberlain Court, Bryn Celyn, Greenhill Manor and Anya Court have been given a high-performance rating in a nationwide survey of care home residents.
Team members and residents have celebrated the results, which show our care homes received an overall performance rating above the national average of 88 per cent, scoring especially well in the ‘Quality of life’ category with 94 per cent and Kew House in Wimbledon achieving a wonderful 96 per cent.
Now in its fifth year, the Your Care Rating survey is the country’s largest and most authoritative survey of care home residents. Over 16,000 residents in 820 care homes across the UK took part in the 2017 survey.
General Manager of Kew House Care Home, Yetty Adepegba said: “It’s great that the residents value the care they receive at Kew House. Our scores across all four themes are really positive, which show that the people who matter most, the residents, are very happy with the care they receive.”
