Managers to wax legs in aid of charity
Two brave male employees from our Central Support office in Billericay and Greenhill Manor, our care home in Merthyr Tydfil will get their legs waxed in aid of the Care Workers Charity.
National Sales Manager Mark Bennett and Customer Relationship Manager Mitchell Minney will undertake the painful challenge with hot wax in front of colleagues on Thursday 2nd August.
They are tackling the daunting challenge to raise awareness and funds for current, former and retired care workers who have fallen on hard times.
And with just less than one week to go they have already raised £210 out of their £250 target.
National Sales Manager, Mark Bennett said: “We have decided to take part in this challenge because we are passionate about the health and welfare of our team members, and care workers alike.
“Care workers do a fantastic job looking after some of the most vulnerable people in our society and it is important that there is a support network available to them should they fall on hard times.”
