Arlington Manor to host Information Day – Saturday 27th April

Arlington Manor, our residential, dementia and nursing care home in Girton, Cambridge, will be hosting an information day for members of the local community on Saturday 27th April from 10:00am-3:30pm.

Please see below the full agenda for the day.

  • 10:00am: A Holistic Approach to Well Being Annie Paynter, Lifestyles Team Leader, will be talking about how the right activity provision can positively influence well-being.
  • 11:30am: Funding Care the Smart Way Nicky Cave, from Eldercare, will be offering advice and guidance on all aspects of paying for long-term care.
  • 1:00pm: ‘All you need to know about care homes but didn’t know who to ask.’ Join Arlington Manor’s General Manager, Mark Mcdonald, to get answers to all the questions you have about care homes, and some you didn’t know you needed to ask.
  • 2:30pm: Learn more about dementia by taking part in our informative Dementia Friends session and become a Dementia Friend.
