Chamberlain Court to host dementia information day – Wednesday 22nd May
Chamberlain Court, our care home in Royal Tunbridge Wells, will be hosting a dementia information day for members of the local community during Dementia Action Week on Wednesday 22nd May from 10:30am-3:00pm.
Please see below the full schedule of the day.
- 10.30am: Welcome to Chamberlain Court and your chance to meet our dedicated team.
- 11.00am: Margaret Hall, from Join Dementia Research, will be talking about how their new initiative aims to make it easier for people who would be willing to consider taking part in dementia research to be offered opportunities to do so.
- 12.30pm: Daniel Rowark, General Manager for Hallmark Care Homes, will be discussing Chamberlain Court’s Dementia Strategy and how the home works to provide the highest standards of care for people living with dementia.
- 2pm: Join the team at Chamberlain Court and Kate Sergeant, from The Alzheimer’s Society, as they launch a dementia support café.
Throughout the morning we will be offering tours of Chamberlain Court, so you can see for yourself why we are a care home with a difference.
