With around 10 years of experience in the care sector, I’m proud to be part of Regency House Care Home, where stability, teamwork, and genuine support create an environment where everyone can thrive. I was drawn to Hallmark because of its commitment to providing excellent care and the strong guidance it offers to help team members deliver their very best.
In my day-to-day role, no two days are ever the same — and that’s what I enjoy most. I love solving problems, supporting my team, and making sure residents are happy and well cared for. It’s incredibly rewarding to lead such a dedicated group of people who share the same goal: providing the highest standard of care in a warm, welcoming home.

I am a highly experienced sales manager with over 40 years of sales and customer relations experience.
I have worked in the healthcare industry for over 12 years and nearing completion on my QCF level 3 in Health & Social Care. I am responsible for dealing with all enquiries and admissions into the home. I am passionate about care, a keen networker and am always looking to develop relationships within our local community.
