We are delighted to announce that we have been named a Top 20 Care Group for the ninth year on the independent care home review website, carehome.co.uk.
Our luxury care home in Merthyr Tydfil, Hallmark Greenhill Manor, has also been named a top 20 home in Wales serving as a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone in our organisation.
The awards seek to show the most loved and highly rated care home groups by residents and their family and friends across a range of areas including; care, food, drink, facilities, activities, management and more.
Hallmark Luxury Care Homes which operate 22 homes across England and South Wales have a current customer review score of 9.8 out of 10 and won the prestigious title out of 89 large care providers.
Meanwhile, Hallmark Greenhill Manor scooped the top 20 award from a whopping 1003 homes in Wales.
