Following a record-breaking year with exceptional results, two new home openings, and a care home acquisition in Wales, our newly promoted CEO, Nye Brown, is determined to take Hallmark to new heights with an ambitious growth plan.
Hallmark is now looking to acquire an additional ten care homes and is actively seeking opportunities to lease or purchase existing trading homes. This marks a significant shift in strategy, as Hallmark has long been renowned for designing and building its own award-winning care homes. To support this expansion, a dedicated Integrations Team has been established to help newly acquired homes settle smoothly into the Hallmark family.
We recently caught up with newly appointed Integrations Manager, Ian Cole, to hear about his journey so far. Ian previously held General Manager positions at both Hallmark Maycroft Manor and Hallmark Willingdon Park Manor.
Tell us a bit about your new role at Hallmark.
I am the Integrations Manager for the new team formed in May 2025, marking an exciting new chapter in Hallmark Luxury Care’s journey to deliver outstanding, person-centred care to every resident, every day. My role is to support the team through onboarding and guide the transition following Hallmark Luxury Care’s acquisition of the new homes.
What do you enjoy most about working in the integrations team?
I am honoured to be part of this important phase for Hallmark Luxury Care Homes. Guided by our values, our unwavering priority is to provide the compassionate, high-quality care that Hallmark is renowned for, while supporting our teams, residents, and families.
We will achieve this by aligning policies, investing in training, and strengthening governance to support the infrastructure of each home. This will enhance safety, consistency, and communication across our communities while preserving the unique character and strengths of each individual location.
