I have worked for Hallmark at Arlington Manor Care Home since the grand opening and am very proud to be part of such a well-established, honest, luxury organisation.

I am committed and dedicated to training and mentoring my team to provide compassionate, respectful relationship-centered care and to promote independence, well-being, and focus on a sense of achievement.

Introduction
I am the Customer Relationship Manager at Arlington Manor Care Home in Cambridge. I am relatively new to the care sector but have always excelled in roles helping the customer and providing support to people in need.

I spent around 10 years travelling the world and living in different countries. This instilled a natural connection with people from all walks of life and backgrounds, and a real curiosity to find out everyone’s individual story and history.

I am here purely to help and support people and their loved ones looking into care, move towards the right decision at the right time for their own situation.
