Introduction
After working in various healthcare settings, including hospitals and long-term care facilities, I joined Penylan House Care Home in January 2020, and in August 2022 I achieved the post of General Manager.
My journey in healthcare has been marked by commitment to providing compassionate and quality care. As General Manager, l oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring that all team members adhere to high standards of care and ethical practices. I would like to continue creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with family and I am passionate about gardening and often share my love for plants with the residents, creating beautiful and therapeutic garden spaces within the home. I believe in focusing on the whole person when caring for residents. I aways emphasize the importance of patient-centred care and strives to meet the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of the residents.

Here at Penylan House, I am the first point of contact for prospective new residents and their loved ones.
I joined Hallmark Luxury Care Homes in November 2024, and although I’m new to the care sector, my background in hospitality management fuels my passion for connecting with people. I’m here to help ease any worries you may have and walk you step by step through the process of moving into your new home.
