As the General Manager at Maycroft Manor, I’m proud to lead a vibrant and dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care. With six years’ experience as a Registered General Nurse, three of those in clinical managerial roles, I’m passionate about supporting residents to feel valued, respected, and safe.
As a team we embrace our Hallmark Values in everything we do and believe in the importance of relationship-centred care. Daily moments of kindness truly matter, providing our residents with love and laughter. It’s a privilege to be part of a home where those values are brought to life every day.

Introduction
My role is to support people who are looking for care for themselves or their loved one, to find the right care solution for them. I have worked in the care industry for the last 14 years and the best part about my role is helping people through a transitional period in their life, watching our residents settle into their new home and get the best quality of life.
Maycroft Manor is such an exciting, vibrant and special home to live and work in. As soon as you set foot in the door, the wonderful, homely atmosphere embraces you. The care we provide, and the lifestyles programme is just outstanding.
I absolutely love learning about our residents and their amazing lives, and I consider myself incredibly lucky and privileged to help people, often at a difficult time in their lives.
