I am incredibly proud to be the General Manager for Hallmark Care Homes’ amazing new home, Willingdon Park Manor.
I have worked within Health and Social Care and Education for most of my adult life. I have always been dedicated to support teams to feel valued, empowered, and equipped to provide exceptional care, ultimately ensuring that every person in our care lives a fulfilling and happy life.
Seeing a simple smile, friendship, trust, empathetic kindness to residents, their families and each other makes every day a special one to be part of.

Introduction
I have worked as a Customer Relationship Manager in the Care Sector for the past 11 years, and couldn’t think of a job that I would rather be doing. I am delighted to be the Customer Relationship Manager of Willingdon Park Manor, Hallmark’s newest home.
My role is to be that guide for those looking at care settings, help with any questions; building that relationship along the way. So if a decision was made to move in to our lovely home it will be smooth and welcoming. It can be a stressful time for all concerned, and if I can be that sounding board to ease their worries, then part of my job is done.
