With around 15 years of experience in adult care, I’m proud to be part of Anisha Grange Care Home, where family values, compassion, and excellence in dementia care are at the heart of everything we do.

I’m passionate about empowering teams to grow, share knowledge, and deliver outstanding, relationship-centred care. Seeing residents happy and supported is what inspires me most. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, cooking, baking, exploring nature, and planning new travel adventures.
